- Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support
- Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements

Job description-

- Overall 5+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional preferably for India and US legislation.
- Must have experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc
- Involved in business process workshops and advised client on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll
- Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules
- Must have strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.
- Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing
