Sales Executive - FMCG Location UP All district required Department Sales and Marketing Reports To Area Sales Manager Sales Manager Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers and ensuring high product visibility and availability in the market This role involves extensive fieldwork market intelligence gathering and execution of sales and promotional strategies Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the company s FMCG products within the assigned territory Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets as assigned Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and key accounts Ensure product availability visibility and shelf presence at retail outlets Monitor competitor activities pricing and market trends and report findings to the manager Implement and oversee promotional campaigns product launches and trade marketing activities Take orders follow up on deliveries and ensure timely payment collection Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in the field Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing FMCG sales Industry 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales Industry Good knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail networks Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Target-driven self-motivated and capable of working under pressure Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM SFA tools Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives Travel and fieldwork allowances A fast-paced dynamic work environment in a leading FMCG company Salary Depend on your Current CTC Job Type Full Time Interested candidate can share your updated resume on this mail ID rakesh barik ruchifoodline in pradosh barik ruchifoodline in Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7735084536
