Job Description

Design studio based in Mumbai that specializes in bespoke lighting design. The studio focuses on creating fixtures and installations that interpret and enhance different environments lit by artificial light. Our company has been in the industry for over 12 years, with a presence in both national and international markets. We have completed numerous high-profile hospitality, residential, and commercial projects, including Lodha World Tower and various Taj properties, etc.

Role Overview: This role requires a strong design vision, exceptional leadership, and the ability to execute complex projects on schedule. You will work closely with the Project Management Head to ensure each project meets client expectations, quality standards, and timelines. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a design team, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. Set performance standards, provide feedback, and guide team growth to achieve design goals. Develop and execute design strategies aligned with the company's vision. Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and practical designs. Set clear performance expectations and ensure designs meet client needs, timelines, and quality standards. Continuously review and improve design processes to increase efficiency and maintain design excellence. Collaborate with the Project Management Head to align project requirements, timelines, and resources. Assign tasks based on team expertise and workload for optimal efficiency. Engage with clients to understand their vision and present design concepts that meet their expectations. Ensure consistent communication with clients to guarantee satisfaction throughout the project. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new innovations into designs to maintain a competitive edge. Coordinate with other departments to ensure design integrity during execution. Encourage innovation within the team and refine internal processes to enhance design delivery and quality.
