Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive advisor onboarding, manage outreach, and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen Valuenaire’s brand presence.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presence.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing social media platforms for business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with sensitive financial documentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in financial services, SaaS, or consulting).
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Advisor Onboarding
- Identify, connect, and onboard financial advisors, consultants, and experts onto the Valuenaire platform.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Present the platform’s value proposition and guide advisors through the onboarding process.
- Support deal origination, tracking, and execution by coordinating between advisors, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Marketing & Brand Building
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract advisors and entrepreneurs to the platform.
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter) including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Develop concepts and campaigns (posts, reels, infographics, newsletters) to increase reach and visibility.
- Collaborate with leadership to design targeted marketing strategies for advisor engagement and platform adoption.
- Track analytics and generate reports on campaign performance.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded advisors to ensure long-term engagement.
