We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Executive to lead sales initiatives and foster strong relationships with both new and existing customers. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth, manage high-profile client accounts, and contribute to our mission of making clean energy accessible to everyone. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. - Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends and customer needs, adjusting strategies as necessary. - Present customized solutions to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the benefits of our solar energy products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. - Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a high standard of client service. - Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. - Actively mentor and support junior sales team members, promoting a collaborative team environment. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sectors. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Knowledge of CRM software and project management tools. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
