Job Description Industry Type: Automobile Department Operations Role: Regional Coordinator Working: 6 days a week This is a high impact role where you will be working closely with the Leadership team. Roles & Responsibilities- - Onboard new partner workshops, project management of all partner development tasks and setting up supervision team of operations. - Looking for new avenues for Business Development and Partnerships. - End-to-end supervision and management regional operations managers, channel partner staff, multi-skilled workers, vendor relationships and B2B Experience - Develop and manage escalations team and ensuring that collectively the team meets their targets. - Maintain a high customer satisfaction index through low turnaround times for customer tickets/issues and timely setup/ activations of new channel partners. - Develop and implement cost management and process adherence tools. Ensuring timely reporting of the KPIs - Work with the product team to develop new internal systems to monitor operations KPIs - Exposure in city launch and understanding of P&L Skills Required- - Energetic team player with experience in general management/consulting/ operations roles - Experience in industries like supply chain, dealer development, network development would be preferred. - Prior experience of stakeholder management - Team Management skills. - Should have experience in vendor management. - Engineers and MBAs from top tier institutes would be preferred. - Desired competencies: Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work with spreadsheets, - High degree of initiative and on-the-ground execution.
