Position DescriptionBusiness Division CorporateDepartment ITLocation Gurgaon MumbaiPosition Title SharePoint DeveloperLevel Executive E3-E4 Reporting to Title DevOps LeadPosition Purpose Design develop test deploy and maintain IT applications primarily using Microsoft technologies like SharePoint PowerApps Power Automate etc Open to learning and exploring other languages and technologies under non-ERP Applications space Demo and train users prepare user guides and videos and help in better adoption of developed applications Strategic ResponsibilitiesOperational ResponsibilitiesRequirement Elicitation Design Connect with business users to understand business requirements capture them and build user requirement documents using simple business analysis techniques and tools like MS Visio Swim lanes flowcharts etc Should be able to convert the requirements into suitable technical stack design the applications prepare wireframes using user experience management concepts etc Designing coding and implementing scalable applications Development Develop custom SharePoint Online solutions using client-side development technologies JavaScript TypeScript React etc HTML CSS Hands on experience in MS Power Platform Flows Power BI Power Apps etc Create and customize SharePoint sites lists libraries workflows and web parts Develop and maintain custom applications integrations and enhancements within SharePoint Online Automate the deployment rollout etc of SP customization using Power Shell scripting techniques Customization and Configuration Customize SharePoint Online environments to meet business requirements Configure SharePoint Online features and settings to optimize performance and usability Implement custom branding and user interface designs Integration Integrate SharePoint Online with Power Platform applications and third-party systems Develop and manage REST APIs CSOM PnP Libraries and other SharePoint development models Maintenance and Support Troubleshoot and resolve code related issues of SharePoint Online applications Ensure the stability security and performance of SharePoint Online applications Documentation and Training Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SharePoint features and customizations Document best practices procedures and guidelines for SharePoint development Collaboration Work closely with other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects Work with business users and meet their expectations and solve problems with respect to application Financial ResponsibilitiesPeople ResponsibilitiesEducation Qualification Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science - B Tech B E MCA SharePoint or Power Automate certification is a plus Should be familiar with Agile and other Software Project implementation methodologies Work Experience 2 to 5 years of work experience with experience in SharePoint Proven experience with client-side development technologies Any training or experience with Power Automate SharePoint and Power Apps Proficiency in React NodeJS JavaScript HTML CSS jQuery Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture customization and development tools Knowledge of SharePoint Online development best practices Familiarity with REST APIs CSOM PnP Libraries and other SharePoint development models Good to have exposure of implementing DevOps in SharePoint environment Industry to be Hired fromITFunctional Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving using strong analytical skills to formulate hypotheses based on available data Teamwork Collaboration Interaction Complexity and Team WorkInteraction WithFrequencyPurpose of InteractionEnd UsersRegularlyRequirement meetings trainings project meetings and end user support SharePoint CoEDailyProjects and day to day deliveries collaborations team support etc
