Are you a skilled ServiceNow professional with a passion for developing innovative solutions and driving digital transformation We are on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Manager to join our dynamic team In this role you will lead the development of custom applications integrations and UI UX enhancements within an Agile Scrum environment Your expertise in scripting platform integration and solution design will play a crucial part in delivering scalable enterprise-level solutions that optimize user experience and ensure platform security and compliance If you thrive in collaborative settings and are committed to continuous improvement we want to hear from you Responsibilities Developing custom applications enhancements and scoped applications within an Agile Scrum team Scripting using JavaScript GlideScript AngularJS React and other relevant technologies Collaborating with product owners platform administrators and other developers to refine user stories and deliver incremental value Implementing and managing integrations with external systems using REST SOAP MID Server and other integration methods Creating and maintaining technical documentation including solution designs and development standards Building and optimizing UI UX components including service portal widgets and workspace experiences Participating in Agile ceremonies sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring performance optimization security best practices and compliance with platform governance policies Skills Required Proficient programming skills strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs with deep experience with ServiceNow development across multiple modules Advanced integration expertise and knowledge using REST and SOAP Ability to design scalable enterprise-level solutions Experience working in Agile Scrum environments Understanding of UI UX design principles Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA Certified Application Developer CAD Certified Implementation Specialist CIS in relevant modules e g ITSM ITOM HRSD SecOps Potentially ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect CTA for highly experienced developers Benefits Health Insurance Accident Insurance The salary will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to location relevant education qualifications experience technical skills and business needs Additional Responsibilities Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki Knowledge Base Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested About us OP is a technology consulting and solutions company offering advisory and managed services innovative platforms and staffing solutions across a wide range of fields including AI cybersecurity enterprise architecture and beyond Our most valuable asset is our people dynamic creative thinkers who are passionate about doing quality work As a member of the OP team you will have access to industry-leading consulting practices strategies and technologies innovative training education An ideal OP team member is a technology leader with a proven track record of technical excellence and a strong focus on process and methodology
