Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and engage decision-makers (e.g., Heads of Ecommerce, Growth / Marketing, CRM, and Loyalty).
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and sequences using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot.
- Qualify inbound leads and nurture them into sales-ready opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead data, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the sales team to tailor messaging for different verticals (Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Grocery).
- Share market feedback to help shape GTM strategies and product positioning.

What We're Looking For

- 13 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or Business Development (SaaS / IT Services).
- Strong working knowledge of prospecting & CRM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a strong plus.
- Prior exposure to ecommerce, D2C, or retail tech solutions is an advantage.
- Driven, persistent, and outcome-oriented and comfortable with meeting weekly outreach and opportunity targets.
