Your Role:
As a QA Manager, you will lead our talented QA team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of software across a wide array of platforms – from CRM and mobile apps to advanced IoT-based solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the smoothest possible development and delivery cycles while maintaining the highest quality standards. Here's what you'll be doing:
What You'll Do:
Quality Leadership: Lead the QA team to excellence by driving the overall testing strategy, defining processes, and mentoring team members to ensure top-tier quality assurance practices are followed across projects.
Test Planning: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive test strategies and test plans for CRM, mobile, and IoT applications, ensuring all requirements are covered from day one.
Automation Evangelist: Spearhead test automation initiatives, selecting the right tools and frameworks (like Selenium, Appium) to boost productivity and reduce manual testing efforts.
Bug Detective: Identify, report, and manage defects, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly tested.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, product management, and operations to ensure seamless integration and high-quality product delivery.
Process Improvement: Always on the lookout for ways to improve our testing process, you'll evaluate, refine, and adopt new methodologies and tools to stay ahead of the curve.
EV Expertise (Preferred): Apply your knowledge of the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector to guide testing efforts for industry-specific applications and ensure compatibility and reliability for advanced EV systems and technologies.

Your Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in QA, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Extensive experience in testing CRM applications, mobile applications, and IoT-based solutions.
- Proven track record in manual and automated testing, with hands-on expertise in tools like Selenium, Appium, and others.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, defect tracking tools (Jira), and version control systems.
- Familiarity with performance, load, and security testing principles.
- EV Industry knowledge (preferred) – exposure to technologies like EV charging systems, telematics, fleet management, etc.
