Job Description JD:-CAE Engineer Mandatory Skills:-CAE Analysis, Opti struct, Linear and non Linear Analysis, Hypermesh Key Skills - Finite Element (FE) Modeling and Analysis of automotive assemblies and components - 1D, 2D (sheet metal, structural), and 3D (tet, hex, penta) meshing using HyperMesh - Linear Static, Nonlinear Static, Modal, and Frequency Response Analysis - Thermal and Thermo-Mechanical Simulations (Steady-State and Transient) - Durability and Fatigue Analysis - Strength of Materials and Engineering Mechanics - Static and Modal Analysis using Abaqus and OptiStruct - Heat Transfer Analysis using Taitherm - Post-Processing using HyperView and Abaqus Viewer - Component Testing and Design Optimization - Result Review and Design Recommendation - Project Handling from Estimation to Final Delivery - Cross-Functional Collaboration (CAD, CFD, Testing teams) - Customer Interaction and Technical Communication - Experience with global OEMs Ford, GM, Nissan, VW, BYD, SAIC, GWM - Proficiency in N-Code for fatigue life prediction - Basic knowledge of CATIA V5, Python, and C Programming - Report Preparation and Documentation using MS Office - Quality and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) Initiatives
