Our Vision: To be the most admired retail technology company. Job Summary: Our team ensures the reliability, scalability, and high quality of Increff's merchandising software. We design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for both UI and backend algorithms, validate critical business workflows, and proactively identify areas for quality improvement. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, we enable seamless, bug-free releases that directly impact our global retail customers. Key Responsibilities - Build, maintain, and enhance scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend algorithm testing; design and execute end-to-end test plans for functional, regression, integration, and performance scenarios. - Validate business-critical data flows and analytics outputs to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our merchandising algorithms. - Champion shift-left testing, drive early automation in the development lifecycle, and proactively identify and address gaps in test coverage. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and architects to define/refine acceptance criteria, resolve defects efficiently, and maintain high standards for test documentation and version control. - Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.), manage test environments, and continuously evaluate and adopt new automation tools and processes. - Mentor junior QA engineers, foster best practices, communicate quality metrics and risks to stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements Must-Have Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 4+ years in QA automation, ideally in SaaS, retail, or supply chain/merchandising domains. - Strong coding skills (Java, Python preferred). - Deep experience with UI and API automation tools (Selenium, WebDriverIO, Rest Assured, Postman). - Solid grasp of designing maintainable automation frameworks and integrating with CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with SQL; familiarity with cloud (Azure/AWS) and containers (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. - Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling). - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Good to Have - Domain knowledge in retail, merchandising, or supply chain. - QA certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.). - Demonstrated mentorship or QA leadership.
