Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform data operations tasks such as maintenance and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data.
- Support initiatives to optimize data management workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Learn and contribute to data analysis efforts to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide support to partners, customers, and end-users regarding master data processes, tools, and best practices.
- Maintain and update data quality reports to track key performance metrics and ensure data compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and operations teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure consistency with organizational objectives.
Basic Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
- 02 years of experience in SAP ECC, master data management, data governance, or data operations, preferably within the healthcare or biotech supply chains
Must-Have Skills:
- Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems
- Understanding of master data management processes, frameworks, and governance
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4, SAP MDG, or SAP TM
- Exposure to data governance platforms such as Informatica or similar tools
- Familiarity with data quality reporting tools and methods
