About The Bare Bar:

The Bare Bar is a natural, handcrafted, sustainable skincare brand that creates small-batch, eco-conscious products. We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can handle both static design and short-form video editing, to strengthen our design output across digital and print.

About the Role:

You'll be the go-to creative who supports the Creative Lead by taking on the execution of day-to-day design and social content. This includes social posts, packaging, website updates, performance ads, and reels.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across formats — from polishing a reel to designing a catalog or creating an illustration.

Responsibilities:

- Design digital creatives for social media, ads, website banners, and emailers.
- Support print/packaging design – product labels, catalogs, event collaterals.
- Edit short-form video content (reels, ads, tutorials, UGC).
- Create illustrations and visual assets to enrich brand storytelling.
- Work with photographer to convert raw shoots into polished campaign assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Maintain organized design files and templates.

What we are looking for:

- Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
- Familiarity with social-first editing tools like CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar.
- Ability to deliver fast-turnaround, high-quality content.
- Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Bonus: skills in motion graphics, illustration, or simple animations.
- Experience is not a barrier — we value skills, creativity, and portfolio over years.
