We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Governance & Systems Analyst to support global content operations. The ideal candidate will act as a digital librarian, maintaining data accuracy, structure, and hierarchy within Rightsline and related systems. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and organize Rightsline metadata, ensuring title hierarchy accuracy. - Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and document processes. - Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data workflows and consistency. - Use SQL for queries and basic data validation. - Support continuous improvement of data governance and operational scalability. Qualifications: - 3+ years in data analysis, governance, or operations (Media/Entertainment preferred). - Experience with Rightsline or similar rights/data management systems. - Strong documentation, process management, and organizational skills. - SQL knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL preferred). - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
