Responsibilities Develop and implement EHS training programs to educate employees at all levels on safety protocols and best practices - Create engaging training materials presentations and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of EHS policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs to address specific requirements - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback assessments and performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends regulations and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery methods - Lead the integration of EHS principles into daily operations and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship - Support the development of EHS policies procedures and guidelines in alignment with regulatory standards - Conduct audits inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement - Provide guidance and mentorship to EHS specialists and coordinators to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization - Collaborate with external stakeholders regulatory bodies and industry partners to share best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Education Qualification - Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science Occupational Health Safety or related field - Master s degree or relevant certification e g CSP CIH is preferred Experience - Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Proven track record in designing and delivering EHS training programs - Extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management
