Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager based in Chandigarh. The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, monitoring market trends, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency. Additional responsibilities include market research, analyzing customer insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure proper brand positioning in the pharmaceutical and oncology sector. Qualifications - Proven experience in brand management, marketing, and product promotions. - Strong analytical and market research skills, including the ability to analyze customer insights. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills. - Proficiency in strategic planning, campaign management, and branding techniques. - Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or oncology sectors is highly preferred. - Leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. - Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
