Role-Database TSR (Technical Support Representative)

Required Technical Skill Set-L2 MySQL / Postgres / Mongo Databases, L1-L2 Cloud Ops

Desired Experience Range-3 to 7 years

Location of Requirement Chennai, Gandhinagar,Bangalore

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Database systems)

- Should have proficiency in database languages, operating systems, hardware components, and various cloud platforms
- Experience and exposure in installing & configuration, performance tuning & optimization
- Hands-on with replication & schema designing, query optimization, data security procedures
- Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security
- Exposure in configuring and managing network devices and services
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related
- Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
- Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders
- Setting up and tearing down cloud resources (servers, storage, networks) as needed
- Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment
- Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
- English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must

Good-to-Have

- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in NoSQL Database Administration
- Infrastructure Certifications related to Database systems
- Cloud Certifications related to GCP ACE
