We go beyond the obvious using intelligence passion and creativity to inspire new thinking and shape the world we live in To start a career that is out of the ordinary please apply Job Details We re the world s leading data insights and consulting company we shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere About the job We re seeking a Senior QA Engineer who plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of robust secure and high-performing software This position is essential to maintaining the quality of our products and driving continuous improvement across the organization By designing scalable test strategies and automation frameworks the Senior QA Engineer directly impacts the efficiency of our development cycles and the reliability of our software As a key member of the QA team you will lead the development and maintenance of end-to-end integration and UI tests collaborating with developers product managers and designers to define testable requirements Your contributions will enhance team-wide processes strengthen the CI CD pipeline and establish quality standards fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the engineering group Job Goals Develop and implement scalable test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency in the software development lifecycle Lead the creation and maintenance of robust end-to-end integration and UI tests ensuring comprehensive coverage across applications Collaborate with developers designers and product managers to define and refine testable requirements aligned with business goals Identify and analyze defects through root-cause analysis driving preventive solutions and prioritizing quality improvements Integrate automated testing into the CI CD pipeline to support rapid and reliable software releases Champion continuous improvement in QA practices processes and tools to foster innovation and excellence across the team Stay informed about emerging trends in quality assurance and test automation applying relevant advancements strategically to the role Ideal Skills Capabilities Proficiency in building and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks with a focus on tools such as Cypress or Playwright with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role Strong expertise in integrating automated testing into CI CD pipelines e g CircleCI GitHub Actions to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery In-depth understanding of QA methodologies including end-to-end integration and UI testing paired with skills in debugging and root-cause analysis Hands-on experience with API testing tools e g Postman or REST-assured and backend service validation Familiarity with infrastructure and containerization tools e g Docker Kubernetes as well as an interest or experience in performance or security testing Bonus points for Experience mentoring junior QA engineers or building a QA culture Exposure to BDD TDD practices Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments What part of Kantar might I be joining You ll be joining our technology team right in the middle of our tech revolution We re undergoing the largest technology transformation Kantar has ever seen investing in new AI and cloud technologies By modernizing all our tech systems we can respond our clients needs faster and more efficiently -
