Job Title: ServiceNow Business Apps Developer Experience Required: 7–9 years Only Location: Bangalore Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Apps Developer to join our Information Management function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying ITSM and CMDB modules on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, agile project experience, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and configure ITSM modules and Business Applications in ServiceNow. - Design workflows, scripts, and automation using JavaScript and AngularJS. - Manage update sets, deployments, and UAT coordination. - Provide post-go-live support and maintain documentation. - Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams. Required Skills: - 5–7 years in ServiceNow development (ITSM, CMDB). - 2–3 years in scoped/global app development. - Strong scripting: JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, HTML, CSS. - Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps. - Admin-level knowledge of ServiceNow (Paris version+). Preferred: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM. - Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
