We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Villa Training & Development Manager to join our team in Goa. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains the highest standards of villa management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage training programs for villa staff across operations, service standards, and guest experience.
- Identify skill gaps and create development plans to enhance performance and productivity.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for new and existing employees.
- Work closely with operations and management teams to align training with business goals.
- Monitor training outcomes and provide feedback for improvement.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in training, hospitality, or villa/property management.
- Strong understanding of service standards, operational processes, and team development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary around ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
