Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month WhatsApp your Resume 91 9477419597 91 6290447 561 No Call Job Title Production Supervisor Location Domjur West Bengal Experience 1 1 5 Years Salary 15 000 - 20 000 per month Duty Qualification Bachelor s degree in Engineering Technology preferred Gender - male female Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations of fencing products and welded mesh The role requires hands-on supervision of shop floor activities ensuring smooth production high-quality output and timely delivery of products while maintaining strict safety and efficiency standards Key Responsibilities Quality check to be done four times a day Attendance to be checked and monitored Regular line walk throughout the shift to check workers are on the designated machines Strictly monitor that no safety protocols are broken Escalate matters whenever target production is not met or QC issues happens or in case of breakdown End of the shift production report is to be submitted audited by factory manager Required Skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering Technology preferred 1-1 5 years of supervisory experience in steel products wire mesh fencing manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of welded mesh wire drawing galvanizing and fencing product processes Good understanding of production planning manpower handling and quality control Strong leadership team management and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in shifts and meet tight deadlines Job Type Full-time Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Duty hours - 8AM - 8PM Alternate week - day night Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 178 44 - 20 595 70 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
