Tasks Job Title Surveillance Data Analyst Company OGI Technologies Pvt Ltd Location Bangalore Company Overview OGI Technologies is a global leader in IT management and consultancy services empowering businesses of all sizes from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies with innovative solutions With over 10 years of excellence OGI Technologies has driven technological innovation and strategic growth for clients worldwide supported by a dedicated team across operation centres in New York India and the Philippines Mission Statement At OGI Technologies our mission is to tackle complex business challenges for our clients and enable them to achieve their goals through passionate and purposeful collaboration Role Summary As a Surveillance Data Analyst at OGI Technologies you will be responsible for reviewing CCTV footage from supermarkets and retail outlets Using AI-programmed cameras you will meticulously observe customer activities from entry to exit identifying and segregating unusual suspicious or criminal behaviours based on gestures with utmost accuracy and consistency Responsibilities Review and analyse CCTV footage captured by AI-programmed cameras in supermarkets and retail outlets ensuring thorough coverage from customer entry to exit Identify and categorize gestures and actions exhibited by customers to distinguish normal behaviour from suspicious or irregular activities Utilize analytical skills to interpret patterns and trends in customer behaviour providing insights that contribute to improved security protocols Collaborate with security teams to promptly report any identified security breaches potential threats or unusual incidents Maintain accurate records of observations and actions taken adhering to established protocols and procedures Continuously monitor and assess surveillance data quality and camera functionality escalating any technical issues for resolution Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveillance technology to enhance proficiency and effectiveness in surveillance operations Shifts Available Day Shift UK Shift Application Process Fresher s are welcome to apply and no prior experience is required Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to watch analyze and interpret gestures accurately Requirements Requirements Bachelor s degree or Diploma in any field Strong communication skills to effectively report and discuss findings Ability to interpret and judge customer gestures accurately Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Flexible to work in different shifts as required OGI Technologies Pvt Ltd OGI Technologies is a global leader in IT management and consultancy services empowering businesses of all sizes from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies with innovative solutions With over 10 years of excellence OGI Technologies has driven technological innovation and strategic growth for clients worldwide supported by a dedicated team across operation centres in New York India and the Philippines
