Job Description

Key Deliverables:

- Lead Lean Supply Chain transformation through process design, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
- Drive inventory optimization including Inventory Turns, Back Order root cause analysis, and ABC/XYZ studies.
- Implement Lean systems like JIT, Kanban, and 2-bin synchronized with internal processes.
- Deliver sustainable logistics, warehouse, and packaging cost reduction projects through cross-functional collaboration.

Role Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with SIOP, Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics for process streamlining.
- Monitor and eliminate excess inventory generation through structured root cause analysis.
- Improve order management flow and implement safety stock strategies with digitization.
- Execute supplier reliability and consolidation projects to drive zero-defect and cost efficiency goals.
