Job Description

Hiring: Product Owner Healthcare Domain

Position: Product Owner

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid occasional office presence)

Employment Type: Full-time with Recro

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (serving notice preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering teams.
- Represent customer needs and align with business goals.
- Perform use case analysis and create low-fidelity wireframes.
- Accept user stories upon successful demo and testing.
- Contribute to KPIs, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to define product features and improvements.

Must-Have Skills

- US Healthcare and EHR experience (non-negotiable).
- Agile/Scrum expertise with strong user story writing skills.
- Experience with UML diagrams, wireframes, and workflow design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking with problem-solving approach.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro (good to have), Prompt Engineering (bonus).
