Job Title: Oracle APEX / ORDS Developer (with Oracle Forms & Reports + Jasper Reports) Experience: 3+ years (Mid to Senior level) Type: Full-time Domain: HRMS, Payroll, Loans, and Passage Benefits Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX / ORDS Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Forms & Reports (6i–12c) and Jasper Reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications for HRMS and Payroll domains, migrating legacy systems to APEX, and integrating with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Key Responsibilities: Oracle APEX / ORDS Development - Design, develop, and maintain APEX applications (v20.x–23.x). - Implement workflows, validations, dynamic actions, and interactive grids. - Convert Oracle Forms & Reports into modern APEX applications. - Integrate Jasper Reports within APEX environments. - Develop and enhance RESTful APIs using ORDS (OAuth2, JSON/XML). - Implement business rules and logic using PL/SQL. - Migrate business logic from legacy Oracle Forms/Reports to APEX. Oracle Forms & Reports / BI Publisher - Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle Forms & Reports (6i, 10g, 11g, 12c). - Support and optimize legacy Oracle-based applications. - Integrate with Oracle EBS modules (AP, AR, GL). - Design BI Publisher data templates and RTF/Excel layout reports. - Develop and troubleshoot concurrent programs, value sets, and interfaces. Leadership (For Senior-Level Roles) - Lead and mentor junior developers in Oracle Forms & APEX development. - Review code and ensure adherence to standards and best practices. - Oversee deployment and migration on Oracle Linux servers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report project progress. Required Technical Skills: - Oracle APEX: Dynamic Actions, Collections, Interactive Grids, Validations, Processes. - PL/SQL: Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Query Optimization. - ORDS: RESTful Services, JSON/XML Integrations, OAuth2. - Oracle Forms & Reports (6i–12c). - Jasper Reports / BI Publisher (XML templates, RTF/Excel layouts). - Oracle Database: 10g, 11g, 19c or higher. - Oracle EBS Integration: AP, AR, GL modules, concurrent programs, and value sets. - Operating Systems: Experience with Oracle Linux for deployment. Preferred Skills: - Experience in HRMS, Payroll, Loans, and Benefits domains. - Strong debugging and analytical skills. - Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12.2 integration. - Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
