Role Description

Arena Animation Jayanagar is hiring a Graphic Design / Motion Graphic Design Trainer for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. We are looking for an experienced trainer (minimum 2 years of industry experience) who can deliver high-quality training in Graphic Design and/or Motion Graphics, while also integrating Generative AI tools into the curriculum.

The role involves:

- Conducting engaging classes, workshops, and practical sessions.
- Preparing lesson plans and evaluating student performance.
- Mentoring students and guiding them in their creative journey.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and adopting new tools & techniques in training.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Graphic Design, Image Editing, and Branding & Communication Design.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.
- Expertise in industry-standard software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and relevant AI-based tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and inspire students effectively.
- Prior industry experience is mandatory.
