Currently, we are looking for a Configuration Analyst to join our team. Job Description - Part of the Global Technology team, responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting a wide range of enterprise collaboration and workflow platforms. - Ensures tracking, workflow, and reporting systems remain aligned with business processes and security standards, and partners with business and technology teams to translate operational needs into scalable configurations and reliable system performance. - Serve as the primary administrator for one or more SaaS platforms such as Airtable or Workfront. - Configure and maintain system components including templates, forms, automations, and permissions. - Partner with cross-functional teams across creative, marketing, and product operations to document, refine, and optimize workflows. - Manage user provisioning, role-based access control, and data governance in compliance with company IT policies. - Ensure systems remain updated with releases, integrations, and evolving best practices. - Standardize processes, templates, and reporting frameworks for consistency across regions and business functions. - Drive system adoption and best practice usage through intuitive design, documentation, and end-user enablement. - Analyze and map existing business processes to identify automation and efficiency opportunities. - Implement and document workflow automations using platform-native or integration tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Workfront). - Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to track productivity, system usage, and project health. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and monitor key performance metrics and generate actionable insights. - Support integration and reporting between systems using APIs or middleware tools where applicable. - Deliver user training sessions, onboarding materials, and maintain the internal knowledge base for supported systems. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - 25 years of experience configuring or administering SaaS platforms or collaboration tools. - Proficiency in system configuration, workflow automation, and process design. - Strong understanding of data governance, workflow design, and process optimization. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in creative, commercial, or product-oriented environments. - Familiarity with integration tools or APIs (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar). - Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience administering or supporting multiple SaaS and custom-built enterprise platforms. - Familiarity with change management, user adoption strategies, and system rollout planning. - Basic understanding of scripting, automation, or API logic (e.g., Python, JavaScript) helpful but not required. - Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with standardized service delivery frameworks.
