Pykon Healthcare Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team As a Telecaller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers promoting healthcare products and assisting with inquiries You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by creating awareness and driving conversions for our wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers healthcare professionals and distributors to promote Pykon Healthcare s products - Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers - Keep records of customer interactions and update the CRM with relevant information - Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries - Achieve daily weekly targets for call volumes and conversions - Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts - Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies - Adhere to the company s policies procedures and ethical standards Requirements - Experience Previous experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role is a plus preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry or Freshers can also apply - Skills - Excellent verbal communication skills in specific languages e g English Hindi regional language - Strong listening skills and attention to detail - Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM updates - Ability to handle customer objections and remain positive under pressure - Preferred Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical products Benefits - Competitive salary and incentives - Training and development opportunities - Supportive work environment - Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare company Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 8 000 00 - 500 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Work Location In person
