Role Overview

We are seeking a Bridal Fashion Consultant to deliver an exceptional client experience in our studio — from the first welcome to the final fitting. This role combines luxury sales, fashion styling, and measurement expertise, ensuring each bride feels confident, beautiful, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage clients during studio appointments, building rapport and trust.
- Understand each client's vision, style preferences, and cultural requirements.
- Provide expert styling advice and present bridal couture options suited to the client.
- Take accurate body measurements and ensure they are recorded for the tailoring team.
- Guide clients through fittings, alterations, and final trials, ensuring perfect fit and finish.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from inquiry to closing the sale.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure timely and flawless delivery.
- Keep the studio presentation impeccable, reflecting the luxury brand image.

Requirements

- 3–10 years' experience in luxury fashion, bridal wear, or high-end retail.
- Degree in Fashion
- Proven ability to meet sales targets while delivering personalised client service.
- Strong fashion sense and understanding of bridal trends, fabrics, and silhouettes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Skilled in taking precise measurements and liaising with tailoring teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment.
- Based in Hyderabad and available for immediate joining.
- Ability to speak fluently in Hindi & English.
