About UsAarki is an AI-driven company specializing in mobile advertising solutions designed to fuel revenue growth We leverage AI to discover audiences in a privacy-first environment through trillions of contextual bidding signals and proprietary behavioral models Our comprehensive audience engagement platform includes creative strategy and execution With over 14 years in the industry we handle 5M mobile ad requests per second from over 10B devices driving performance for both publishers and brands We are headquartered in San Francisco CA with a global presence across the United States EMEA and APAC Role OverviewAs the Sr Director of Financial Planning Analysis FP A you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our company The ideal candidate will have the experience working with a global team including an in-depth knowledge of FP A budgeting forecasting KPIs and accounting practices and regulations We are seeking a proactive strategic thinker with a solid understanding of AdTech and the skills to drive financial success This role is based in the office five 5 days a week in Bengaluru IndiaRole Responsibilities FP A Work directly with the Chief Financial Officer to manage Aarki s operational finance functions including financial planning modeling and a range of strategic initiatives Board Reporting Prepare coordinate and create the financial reports to the Board of Directors providing clear insights and recommendations for business growth Cash Flow Financial Management Manage the company s cash flow capital expenditure and working capital to ensure the organization remains financially robust Strategic Financial Leadership Partner with the CFO and leadership team to shape the company s financial strategy supporting critical business initiatives and decisions Cost Optimization Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements to enhance profitability Risk Management Assess and mitigate financial risks ensuring adequate controls and processes are in place Skills Experience 7 years of experience in finance with a strong background in FP A accounting and financial reporting Previous experience in the AdTech or mobile advertising industry is required Proven track record of preparing and presenting financial reports to senior leadership Excellent modeling and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights Strong communication and presentation skills especially when speaking to numbers and financial strategies Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Education Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field MBA or CPA preferred Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
