Position Sr React Expert Experience 5 Years Education BTech B E - Computer Science IT Computer Engineering MS in IT MTech MSc IT Mode On-site Location Hyderabad Ahmedabad BangaloreWho We Are About Ajmera InfotechEstablished in 2012 our company specializes in software research and development focusing on high availability and mission-critical systems We are proud to be the architects behind the technology powering some of the top 250 banks and wealth management organizations Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Tech Lead to join our dynamic development team As a Front-End Tech Lead you will play a pivotal role in the design development and implementation of web applications You will be responsible for providing technical leadership guidance and support to the front-end development team ensuring the delivery of high-quality responsive and user-friendly web applications RequirementsResponsibilities Technical Leadership Lead and mentor the front-end development team providing guidance coaching and support in developing modern web applicationsArchitectural Design Collaborate with the architecture and design teams to define front-end architecture and best practices ensuring scalability performance and maintainability Development Hands-on development of front-end code including HTML CSS JavaScript and related technologies Write clean efficient and maintainable code Code Reviews Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards best practices and quality are met Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members Project Management Work closely with the project management team to define project requirements estimate work efforts and ensure timely delivery of front-end components Quality Assurance Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of front-end components resolving issues and bugs on time Performance Optimization Optimize front-end code and assets for improved performance speed and user experience Communication Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers back-end developers and stakeholders Key Responsibilities React Mastery Demonstrate a deep and comprehensive understanding of React using it to build high-quality performant and user-friendly web applications Micro Front-End Architecture Proficiency Utilize your expertise in Micro Front-End architecture to design and implement modular and scalable front-end solutions allowing for greater flexibility and collaboration in our development process Content Delivery Networks CDN Competency Leverage your knowledge of Content Delivery Networks to optimize the delivery of assets ensuring fast and reliable content distribution to users across the globe Server-Side Rendering SSR Skills Apply your skills in Server-Side Rendering to enhance the performance and SEO-friendliness of our web applications providing a seamless user experience Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio of web projects Solid expertise in HTML CSS JavaScript and related web technologies Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and libraries e g React Angular Vue js Experience with version control systems e g Git Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Familiarity with responsive web design and mobile-first development Benefits
