Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Informatica Developer with minimum 2 years in Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC). The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and governing enterprise data assets, ensuring data quality, and enabling business users to access trusted data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Informatica CDGC (Cloud Data Governance and Catalog).
- Establish and maintain Informatica Catalog connections with SAP HANA, Tableau/Power BI, Python/Informatica ETL, Databricks, and Databricks Notebooks.
- Configure and manage Databricks Unity Catalog to ensure structured and secure data management.
- Define and implement business glossaries and data quality rules, ensuring metadata is well-governed and accurate.
- Tag, classify, and document data assets to improve discoverability and usability across the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to ensure alignment with data governance processes and standards.
- Provide best practices, guidance, and mentoring for junior team members on data governance and cataloging processes.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica CDGC is a must.
- Proven knowledge of data governance frameworks and processes.
- Experience integrating Informatica Catalog with SAP HANA, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), Python ETL, and Databricks.
- Proficient in setting up business glossaries, data quality rules, and metadata tagging.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Informatica certifications in CDGC or related tools.
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise data governance projects.
