Our Global Capability Center (GCC) plays a critical role in enabling onshore teams by providing robust analytical, project management, and technical expertise in the EHS domain. We are looking for a Senior Associate/Manager EHS who can lead delivery of EHS-related projects, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to building scalable EHS capabilities within the GCC. This is an individual contributor role offering exciting opportunity for experienced professionals with strong knowledge of EHS regulations, frameworks, and risk management to apply their expertise in client-facing projects. How you will contribute - Lead end-to-end delivery of EHS-focused projects for onshore teams, including risk assessments, audits, compliance reviews, and maturity assessments. - Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with client expectations. - Create comprehensive information request lists, manage and analyse Virtual Data Room (VDR) content, and synthesize findings into clear actionable insights. - Translate EHS requirements into actionable insights and structured deliverables such as dashboards, tools, and reports. - Apply deep knowledge of EHS regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and global compliance frameworks to support client engagements. - Conduct maturity assessments, risk prioritization, and gap analyses to provide practical recommendations. - Work with onshore teams in identifying improvement opportunities that align with EHS and sustainability goals. - Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., ESG, Sustainability, Risk) to provide integrated client solutions. - Drive management and client interviews, extracting insights that inform both commercial positioning and sustainability implications. - Lead conversations with on-site Managing Directors and Senior Directors, as well as clients, to ensure project delivery meets the highest quality standards. - Manage project economics, including budgeting, billing, project creation, and tracking timelines. - Mentor and guide junior team members (as required based on the nature of the project) in research, data analysis, and preparation of client-ready deliverables. - Actively conceptualize and contribute to the digitalization of EHS toolkits, dashboards, and frameworks to enhance client delivery. - Develop reusable knowledge assets, templates, and best practices for EHS service offerings. - Support A&M's thought leadership by developing case studies, sector insights, and EHS frameworks. - Work comfortably under unstructured requests, compressed timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously. - Develop high-impact deliverables such as proposals, sector PoVs, and client-ready decks that support ongoing relationships and future engagements. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field. - Master's degree in EHS, Sustainability, or MBA with EHS/ESG specialization preferred. - 68 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in M&A consulting with client-facing exposure (Big 4 & MBB experience is a plus). - Demonstrated ability to deliver EHS assessments, audits, and compliance projects independently. - Exposure to global EHS regulations and frameworks (OSHA, EPA, EU directives, ISO standards). - Experience in digital tools for EHS management is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and in teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams.
