Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary We re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team As a Telecaller you ll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers promoting our products or services and generating leads Key Responsibilities - Outbound Calling Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers introducing them to our products or services - Lead Generation Identify and generate leads and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up - Customer Engagement Build rapport with customers understand their needs and provide them with relevant information about our products or services - Sales Pitch Deliver a persuasive sales pitch to potential customers highlighting the benefits and features of our products or services - Data Entry Accurately update customer interactions and lead information in our CRM system Requirements - Excellent Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage customers - Sales Experience Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential - Product Knowledge Ability to learn and understand our products or services and communicate their benefits to customers - Target-Oriented Ability to meet sales targets and performance metrics - Technical Skills Familiarity with CRM software and other telecalling tools What We Offer - Competitive Salary A competitive salary package with incentives and bonuses for meeting sales targets - Training and Support Comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role - Career Growth Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and growing organization If you re a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills we d love to hear from you Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
