Job Title Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Location Bangalore Chennai Hyderabad Pune Kochi Trivandrum Experience Range 3 5 years Role Summary As an Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer you will be responsible for designing and building responsive interactive email communications that align with business goals You will work with marketing technical and cross-functional teams to create test and deploy campaigns using best practices and marketing automation platforms Responsibilities Develop responsive email templates using HTML CSS and ensure cross-platform compatibility Build and manage campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC including Email Studio AMPscript Journey Builder and Automation Studio Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper rendering deliverability and performance across devices and email clients Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations Support enhancements by analyzing complex change requests and identifying opportunities for improvement Stay updated on email marketing best practices compliance standards e g CAN-SPAM and evolving technologies Contribute to platform governance code reuse and template libraries to improve efficiency Must-Have Skills Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC Strong hands-on experience with AMPscript HTML CSS and responsive design for emails Familiarity with Email Studio Journey Builder and Automation Studio Ability to execute cross-platform testing and optimization Understanding of email marketing standards and regulatory compliance e g CAN-SPAM Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience Good-to-Have Skills Experience with MobileConnect and Content Builder in SFMC Proficiency in SQL for audience segmentation and personalization Understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer Strong analytical skills and campaign reporting experience Familiarity with marketing automation strategy and customer journeys Preferred Certifications Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer optional good to have Skills Salesforce Salesforce Crm Salesforce Marketing Cloud amp About Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the world s best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
