Cyient is a global engineering and technology solutions company As a Design Build and Maintain partner for leading organizations worldwide we take solution ownership across the value chain to help clients focus on their core innovate and stay ahead of the curve We leverage digital technologies advanced analytics capabilities and our domain knowledge and technical expertise to solve complex business problems With over 15 000 employees globally we partner with clients to operate as part of their extended team in ways that best suit their organizations culture and requirements Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence healthcare telecommunications rail transportation semiconductor geospatial industrial and energy 1 System test case design execution on E-Drive and on conventional powertrain systems 2 Able to write system level test cases for E- Powertrain conventional PT and Vehicle dynamical features for the test setup using dSPACE Hardware -In-Loop consisting of electronic control units 3 Good understanding of the control systems controller algorithms pertaining to E-Drive conventional PT and Physical interaction at the system and hardware level 4 Ability to understand define and provide system interaction use cases with E-Drive conventional systems in accordance with electrical electronics and communication aspects 5 Analysis of Vehicle Drive scenarios of vehicles and able to predict the performance on key control systems like Battery Inverter Motor and other influential factors on thermal and comfort functions 6 Communication and Interaction on frequent basis with system component responsible in Germany India for test design and execution 7 Ability to flash the software updates creating the test and measurement environment execution and debugging of the test cases in Dspace HIL environment 8 Ability to automate the testing scenarios with automation tools 9 Test defect analysis and validation report preparation 10 The candidate should be able to understand system test case description define test environment requisites for test case execution in Dspace Hardware -In-loop test setup 11 Good understanding of SW testing concepts experience in writing and executing system test cases in HIL 12 Training and support other members 13 Lead the team and project Skillset Strong fundamental with Electronics Electrical Mechanical with Graduation Post Graduation background focus on Control System Ability to understand the system specification and derive the test cases independently Experience in executing system level testing in Hardware -in -loop or Vehicle with conventional HEV E-Drive driving scenarios Good background knowledge on Matlab Simulink and Targetlink Understanding of automotive standard protocols like CAN LIN XCP UDS is recommended Familiarity with fault handling and diagnostics with in the E-Drive Conventional vehicle system is needed Strong scripting skills for test automation in VB Provetech Python on HiL Systems Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis skills Preparation and Presentation of detailed analysis and bug report Good to have exposure of Matlab Simulink Stateflow Targetlink Hands on experience on HiL testing environments Preferred to have dSpace HiL Experience with Vehicle testing scenarios are an added advantage Awareness with model fixed point conversion fundamentals Know how on automotive cyber security will be added advantage Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills Basic Education BTech Mtech Electronics Electrical Mechanical with Graduation Post GraduationSkills Experience DSpace Hardware in the Loop Simulation Python Programming Language Software Test Engineering Test Case Design Testing MethodologyCyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer Cyient recruits employs trains compensates and promotes regardless of race color ancestry religion sex national origin sexual orientation age citizenship marital status disability gender gender identity or expression veteran status and other protected status as required by applicable law We are proud to be a diverse and inclusive company where our people can focus their whole self on solving problems that matter Cyient
