Exp: 10-15 Years Location - PAN India JD - - Techno-functional exposure in various domains. - Well experienced in Sales, Service and Marketing modules. - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM D365. - Should have worked in client facing role - Involved in various project activities like - Requirement Gathering and Gap Fit Analysis - Solution Architecture and Design and configurations - Experience in Integrations with other enterprise systems like ERP, LOB on premise and online systems - Experience in integrations with MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration and AD Synchronization - Data Migration using Scribe/SSIS or similar tools - Should have worked on extending dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources. - Should have a good understanding of CRM security model - Should have experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM. - Hands on Experience in configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST). - Should have experience in implementing large transformational projects involving multi language, multi currency and multi country deployments - Should be able to set up implementation road maps, project plans Roles & Responsibilities - Create Techno-functional fitment by interacting with client stakeholders - Conduct CRM solution approach workshops to the stakeholders - Create High Level As-Is and To-Be Architecture, Technical design for CRM and obtain necessary approvals from client - Co-ordinate with various stakeholders including Microsoft and other 3rd Party vendors - Coordination with offshore team - Create Integration specifications and design
