Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team The ideal candidate will assist in developing architectural designs preparing technical drawings coordinating with consultants and supporting project execution from concept to completion This is a great opportunity to grow under experienced architects and work on diverse residential commercial and interior projects Key Responsibilities Assist senior architects in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs Prepare architectural drawings 3D models presentations and working drawings using AutoCAD SketchUp Revit or other relevant software Conduct site visits site measurements and coordinate with contractors during the execution phase Support in preparing BOQs material specifications and technical documentation Coordinate with clients consultants and vendors as required Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes regulations and project requirements Stay updated with industry trends new materials and construction technologies Participate in design discussions brainstorming sessions and client presentations Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch from a recognized institution Experience 1-2 years of professional experience Internship experience also considered Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Lumion or Enscape is a plus Strong design sensibility and attention to detail Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when required Familiarity with building codes materials and construction processes is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
