Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and upgrade Documentum components including Content Server, D2, Webtop, DA, and xPlore. - Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of the Documentum platform. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backup, recovery, patching, and health checks. - Create and manage Documentum repositories, workflows, users, groups, ACLs, and lifecycles. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Documentum services, metadata, indexing, and content storage. - Manage Documentum security including integration with LDAP/Active Directory. - Work closely with application developers, business analysts, and compliance teams to support document-centric business processes. - Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. - Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory, and audit requirements. - Provide support for migrations, upgrades, and integrations with other ECM or business systems. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience administering Documentum ECM systems. - Hands-on experience with Documentum Content Server, D2, Webtop, DA, and xPlore indexing. - Strong understanding of Docbase architecture, ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, and repository management. - Experience with SQL, Linux/Unix environments, and scripting (Shell, Bash, PowerShell). - Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery strategies for Documentum. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
