About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Content Writer who will be responsible for creating engaging spiritual and cultural content for the consumers This role requires an understanding of SEO implementation via content As a consumer-focused platform we re looking for someone who is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach You will play a critical role in building world-class user experiences for consumers in India and globally Location Gurgaon In-Office Key Responsibilities Content Creation Audience Engagement o Write engaging and relatable blogs tailored for Tier-2 and Tier-3 audiences in India keeping cultural nuances and local preferences in mind o Simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand content that resonates with the target audience SEO Implementation o Optimize content for search engines by incorporating targeted keywords meta descriptions and best practices to improve discoverability o Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain content performance Research Insights o Perform thorough research on industry trends audience behaviour and competitor strategies to inform content direction o Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance Content Planning Strategy o Develop content calendars and blog ideas that align with the brands goals and audience preferences o Create compelling actionable and locally relevant content that addresses the needs and pain points of Tier-2 and Tier-3 users Quality Assurance o Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy clarity and alignment with the brands tone and voice o Maintain a high standard of quality while adhering to tight deadlines Performance Tracking Optimization o Regularly audit and optimize existing content to ensure it aligns with content marketing goals and continues to perform well o Analyse content performance metrics to refine future content strategies Collaboration Communication o Work closely with marketing design and social media teams to develop cohesive campaigns that amplify the reach and impact of blog content o Repurpose blogs into other formats such as infographics videos or social media posts for wider distribution Preference Experience in writing about spiritual and cultural contentA passion for staying up-to-date on industry trendsQualifications Bachelor s degree in English Journalism or a related field is preferred but not necessary 2 years of experience in content writingExcellent writing and editing skillsAt least one year of experience writing for consumersKnowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO email marketing and web analytics is an added advantage Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We OfferPlay a key role in shaping a product that leverages cutting-edge AI technology to enhance user experiences for consumers in India and globally Work with a team committed to innovation and excellence in design Be part of a startup where your contributions are valued and there s ample opportunity for professional growth
