IT Analyst

Job Description: A leading global manufacturing organization is looking for a Global Process IT Analyst (Production) to support CPIM Production functions and drive innovation, process optimization, and SAP-based system enhancements across global sites. Job Requirements Experience: 4–10 years of experience in Production IT, SAP PP/WMS/ME functional support, ERP-integrated production processes, and IT project coordination. Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field. Location: Adas, Gujarat (near to Anand) Mandatory Requirement - Strong functional knowledge of SAP PP, WMS, and ME modules - Experience in production systems, process flow, and shop-floor support - Understanding of project management methodologies Key Responsibilities 1. Project Delivery & Management: a. Manage IT project delivery (budgeting, sizing, sourcing) aligned with CPIM PMO standards. b. Drive execution of production-related IT initiatives. c. Support reporting, documentation, and project controlling. 2. Production IT Support: a. Provide daily support to GPNet users across global sites. b. Handle SAP PP, WMS, ME tickets through FHCS ticketing system. c. Resolve issues proactively to improve production efficiency. 3. Innovation & Process Improvement: a. Evaluate and implement new technologies and IT solutions for production. b. Drive improvement proposals in GPNet functions. c. Ensure sustainable, harmonized, and integrated process solutions. 4. Business Consulting & Documentation: a. Partner with business teams to maintain optimized process/system designs. b. Support creation of documentation for key functional process areas. c. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization. 5. Stakeholder Coordination: a. Collaborate with CPIM Production Team and key users across plants. b. Work with external partners, consultants, and special IT groups. c. Provide effective communication across different management levels.
