We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, GST filings, vendor payments, and supporting monthly and annual financial reporting. Experience in a luxury, retail, design, or lifestyle industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, billing, and data entry
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports in compliance with accounting standards
- Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, including timely filings and reconciliations
- Monitor and process vendor payments and client invoicing
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, operations) for financial accuracy
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closings
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Coordinate with external auditors for periodic audits and assessments
- Maintain documentation and records for compliance and audit readiness
- Suggest improvements in processes to optimize financial efficiency

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting ERP software (Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Certification in Tally ERP or accounting systems and Prior experience in interior design, real estate, retail, or luxury goods sector is a plus.
