The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D character clothing, accessories, and costumes that meet AAA production standards. Key Responsibilities - Create high-quality 3D character clothing and accessories using Marvelous Designer and ZBrush. - Work closely with character modelers, animators, and art directors to ensure visual consistency. - Apply realistic fabric simulation and behavior while maintaining artistic vision. - Optimize assets for real-time game engines. - Ensure high-quality textures, materials, and surface details using tools like Substance Painter. - Participate in review sessions and contribute to improving the character art pipeline. Required Skills & Qualifications - 38 years of hands-on experience as a 3D Character Artist in the gaming industry. - Proficiency in Marvelous Designer and ZBrush (mandatory). - Strong understanding of fabric physics, garment construction, and draping. - Experience with 3D software such as Blender or Maya. - Ability to create photorealistic clothing with high attention to detail. - Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work with Marvelous Designer and character clothing. Nice to Have - Knowledge of fashion design and real-world costume construction. - Understanding of character rigging and how garments deform during animation. - Experience working on AAA-quality game projects.
