This large-scale initiative includes the development of state-of-the-art EV and hybrid vehicle manufacturing facilities, with a target to produce over 300,000 electric cars annually, while creating more than 5,000 new jobs Job Description - Define the CRM product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer engagement strategy. - Collaborate with business and digital teams to translate requirements into functional and technical CRM enhancements. - Lead user story creation, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization for CRM development. - Ensure CRM integration with DMS, Customer App, and digital marketing platforms. - Define data models and reporting requirements for lead tracking, conversion, and customer lifecycle metrics. - Partner with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and dashboards. - Conduct regular platform reviews, performance monitoring, and user adoption assessments. - Coordinate vendor management, testing, and release management. The Successful Applicant A successful Product Manager - CRM should have: - Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.). - Strong understanding of lead management, sales funnel analytics, and customer lifecycle processes. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. - 8-10 years of experience in CRM implementation and product ownership, preferably in automotive or consumer industries. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA preferred.
