5 years of experience in Digital Product Design Working on SaaS applications would be an additional advantage An obsession to create intuitive and beautiful products and experiences that simply work We will require a portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through case studies demonstrating user-centred and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business An expert at your craft Which means you know the difference between user flows task flows IA diagrams A collaborative team player who can work well with Product Engineering Business and CX teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision Ability to clearly and confidently present design concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences and accept and interpret constructive feedback Highly skilled with type hierarchy colour composition contrast and other design fundamentals Passion for design trends tools processes and methodologies and a willingness to learn and share new ideas with the team Experience working with globally distributed teams and or in highly matrixed organizations Good to have skills Relevant degree in the field of Design or HCI Experience in healthcare or insurance enterprise product design Ability to plan moderate and complete a variety of goal-oriented workshops across collaborators leading to exciting new ideas new-found consensus and critical alignment Experience designing responsive web platforms as well as within large-scale digital ecosystems Working in an evolving healthcare setting we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions Our fast-growing team has opportunities to learn and grow through rewarding interactions collaboration and the freedom to explore professional interests Our associates are given valuable opportunities to contribute to innovate and create meaningful work that makes an impact in the communities we serve around the world We also offer a culture of excellence that drives customer success and improves patient care We believe in giving back to the community and offer a competitive benefits package To learn more visit Visit us on R1 RCM
