Driven by the passion to improve the quality of people s lives WS Audiology continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people more effectively We are looking for a Software Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our test lab infrastructure supporting mobile and desktop device operations and ensuring the smooth execution of automated testing environments Your work will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of our hearing aid products and services What you will do Perform daily lab and device management including OS updates provisioning and troubleshooting of mobile devices and test agents Windows and Mac Conduct soldering and customization of hearing aids for specific test configurations or repairs Manage firmware updates and ensure devices are test-ready Operate and monitor tests in RF shielded environments ensuring test integrity for hearing aids and other Bluetooth-enabled devices Provide initial diagnosis of test failures and escalate complex issues Assist with infrastructure setup including rack provisioning cabling and ensuring network power stability Monitor software pipelines and test stages supporting 24 7 automated testing environments Participate in remote debugging sessions with global teams Maintain detailed documentation of lab procedures configurations and troubleshooting steps What you bring Experience 3 years of experience in software operations lab management or a related technical support role Hands-on experience with mobile device management OS updates and troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows and Mac system administration including machine replacement and agent setup Experience monitoring software pipelines and identifying operational issues Exposure to RF shielded box testing and Bluetooth device handling is a plus Understanding of basic networking concepts TCP IP Wi-Fi for lab troubleshooting Personal competencies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in professional written and spoken English Organized and methodical approach to documentation and process adherence Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Who we are At WS Audiology we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services Together with our 12 000 colleagues in 130 countries we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world With us you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another welcome diversity and celebrate our successes Sounds wonderful We can t wait to hear from you WS Audiology is an equal-opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive employee experience for all Regardless of race color religion national origin age sex gender gender identity gender expression sexual orientation marital status medical condition ancestry disability military or veteran status we firmly believe that our work is at its best when everyone feels free to be their most authentic self
