OLF works with over 55,000 schools, over 190,000 teachers and impacts over 4mln students in 36 districts (22-Maharashtra, 12-Chhattisgarh, 1-MP, 1-Bihar, 1-Gujarat). Role Description: The Associate - IT Operations will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the organization's entire technology ecosystem to ensure uninterrupted day-to-day functioning. As an Associate - IT Operations at Open Links Foundation, you'll: ️ Provide technical support to teams across the organization ️ Analyze and clean large datasets to track program impact ️ Curate reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for stakeholders ️ Train and build capacity of teachers & administrators on the Vinoba App ️ Support application development with data-driven insights What We're Looking For? Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or related field 1-4 years of experience in IT operations, Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis (programming/database skills a plus) ️ Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for stakeholder engagement Passion to transform government education and create real social impact Remuneration: 2.5 - 5.0 LPA (Based on experience) Apply:
