What You'll Do at Pega:

- Software Design and Development
- Actively participate in design and development of applications
- Leverage best in class Pega technology to drive the design, implementation, quality, and support for GOALS -> EPICS -> User stories using scaled agile methodology
- Assist in the identification of enhancements to Pega's products
- Collaborate with product management to help define and align product goals with software deliverables

- 2-3 years of Pega Development experience in analysis, design, and application deployment of Enterprise application systems
- Exposure to integration technologies like XML, JSON, REST, SOAP
- Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers, to align business goals with implementation results
- Thorough understanding of (Pega based) applications architecture you have previously worked on
- Pega certifications (CSA/CSSA) is an added plus
- Good experience/understanding of JavaScript, CSS, HTML is desired
- Familiarity with business processes in the financial industry related to key solution areas is preferable
