Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – Immediate Joiner Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai. Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: In-person Experience: 4 to 5+ Years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Industry Standard) Contact: 9566269922 About the Role: We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns across all digital platforms while turning analytics into actionable insights that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focusing on data analysis and ROI. - Lead, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team to align with business objectives. - Manage SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing. - Conduct site audits and monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, bounce rate, and conversion rates. - Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other BI tools, providing actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact campaigns aligned with brand performance. - Develop quarterly campaign plans and submit weekly brand performance reports to management. - Handle budget management, ensuring cost-effective advertising spend. - Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred). - 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio. - Familiarity with marketing automation & CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
